Either way it's pretty distracting. 1, Touch causes target's bones to decay--they lose 1,% of their dex and con per round until they're a blob of skin-covered organs. 1, creature announces it will annihilate a given target and devour their soul. It will attack only that target (at +1,) until it succeeds. Each round it is prevented from attacking that target by another creature it will lose 1,hp. It is at -1, v. any other target. If target is slain, creature gains d1, hd and anyone who tried and failed to stop it will lose 1,% of their hit points from morale damage and shame.
