this displays the relationship, linking the partner via the NGOB template

we need to break on "with" and encapsulate what is after "with" with NGOB template

Really all this template does is spit out a UNIX time sequenced (faux random) 0-9

ok what we are going to do her is pass the randten var to this template and then let it spit out a relationship status based on that
